Our 20-minute consultation is designed for an introductory session and is a first step for individuals in search of direction and support as they embark on their healing journey.
In this consultation, you'll have the space to share your grief experiences and evaluate our fit in a coach-client partnership. We welcome individuals navigating through various forms of grief, ensuring a compassionate and understanding approach to each unique situation.
Assessment Fee and Benefits:
A nominal fee of $10 is required for this initial assessment.
Our 45-minute single session coaching is designed to support individuals confronting the myriad forms of grief and loss.
Recognizing that everyone's healing process is unique, we offer the flexibility to schedule your sessions weekly, biweekly or monthly, depending on what suits your needs best. This approach ensures that our coaching aligns with your personal pace of healing, offering you the space and time you need to navigate your grief.

Long session (60 minutes): $ 53.00
The Journey Package: Designed to offer you a moment to catch your breath and navigate the complexities of grief with a compassionate guide by your side. Four weekly 45-minute sessions feature focused topics such as:
Sharing Your Story: Voice your experience and the story of your loss.
Expressing Feelings: Discuss your emotions in a supportive environment.
Life Beyond Loss: Adjust to living without your loved one.
Honoring Your Loved One: Celebrate and remember your loved one.
The Extended Journey Program: Thoughtfully designed for individuals ready to commit to an 8-week comprehensive exploration of their grief journey. This program offers you a structured, yet flexible framework to process your loss deeply, with a dedicated companion to guide and support you every step of the way. Each week, you'll engage in a 45-minute session focused on various pivotal aspects of grieving and healing, or just free-form discussion.
Each week, you will also receive homework to help deepen your reflection and facilitate ongoing healing. This program offers a holistic approach to support you through every step of your grief journey.
Sessions can also be booked bi-weekly.
Do you know someone who is in need of grief support?
Give the gift of compassionate support to someone experiencing grief and loss with this package. This offers a structured yet flexible approach to help them navigate their grief journey.
Initial Assessment Session: A 25-minute session where they will meet with a grief coach to discuss their unique experience and explore what they would like to address and achieve through their grief work.
Four 45-Minute Follow-Up Sessions:
Personalized support tailored to their needs. Sessions can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as needed, providing flexibility and continuous support.
Pet Loss Grief
Losing a pet carries its own unique grief. Our one-month plan is designed to help you move towards healing and finding peace after such a significant loss.
Over the course of four weeks, we will have 45-minute sessions each week tailored for those who have recently experienced the loss of a beloved pet. During these sessions, we will focus on several key areas to support your healing journey.
